Perblues Random Cheating Accusations

So far perblue has suspended one of my guild members accounts for a week for so called “cheating”. When they tried to message support about the cheating they supposedly did, perblue dodged the questions about why they think they cheated. It seems like when someone will get banned for cheating you’ll at least explain why you think they did, especially if they put money into the game. But I’m sure you’re happy you got their money.

It doesn’t end there though, another one of my guild members has been accused of cheating too! They messaged support, they’ll probably get no response too. This just shows how much you actually care about the players. @Loutre

I find it extremely unlikely that PB would suspend an account for cheating without good reason - it can’t really be considered as subjective in the way a chat ban could, they’ve either done something against the TOS or they haven’t. If they have, they will most likely know exactly what it is

Any kind of software used to manipulate the game (for example, using macros through an emulator to boost invasion score) is technically against the TOS and can result in a suspension.

Their goal is to keep making money. They’re not going to ban someone “randomly” and be happy that a source of income has ended.

As other players said, we do not ban for cheating without a reason. I can’t look into your guildmate’s support ticket since I don’t have their information, but as we were banning players this week for using modified game clients I can assume that’s why your guildmate may have been banned. We also always send a warning first and the second time they are caught is a 7 day ban so I am going to safely assume that this guildmate was rightfully banned.

Well it seems like that’s exactly what they did, I’m just saying it seems like you would at least provide proof if you’re going to accuse someone. I don’t think that this is unreasonable.
