The officer rank permitting ban players with a below rank. I suggest change this and the officer can just ban players with the “member” rank.

There’s no reason to change it… The point of promoting someone to officer is to give them more authority. If you don’t trust them not to ban people without good reason, don’t make them an officer in the first place.

Yes, but for the moment veteran rank have neither permission, it’s just a title.
And for an example, in my guild i have promoted a member in officer because i’m gonna be absent for a long time and i would he ban the inactives players. But the veterans in my guilde are peoples actives and if they forgot to play of the game for 5 days, my officer ban them…
Again, that’s up to you whether or not you trust that person. They absolutely should not change a feature of game because you are worried about 1 person using the authority that you chose to give him.
Also, “forgetting” to play for 5 days? Not sure what you consider active, but almost anyone will tell you if someone doesn’t play for 5 days straight without a very good reason, they definitely are not considered active, and I’d agree they should be kicked for that
