Pete is a front-line "tank” hero . Pete will only be available in invasion tier rewards .

Skills

Bully’s revenge
Pete chooses an enemy who did the most damage to him , hit the target with crowbar , and deals bonus damage based on how much the target damaged him.

Cigarette break
Every time Pete loses some percent of his hp , he smokes his cigarette , increasing his reality .
When he reach half of his hp , he instead increase his armor for certain percent of hp he loses.

Havoc
Pete brings his gun and shoots enemies in front of him multiple times and blinding them.

Arrogant temperament
When ever an enemy misses a disable or attack from pete’s team , pete gains one stack of “arrogance” . When finally he uses "bully revenge " he deals bonus damage per stack of “arrogant " and he lost all the stacks.
When Pete reaches a certain number of stacks , his temper loses and he immediately uses” bully revenge ".

Greedy big boy
Pete’s never let any hero steal or remove his energy or buffs .
"Arrogant temperament " also increase damage of “havoc” per stack of "arrogance "

This is a good concept but the smoking thing would have to be cut if the put him in, don’t get me wrong it fits the character but it would have to be cut

Not sure if you think it fits your concept, but this character who is Pete’s right hand could maybe as a cameo in an attack.

Beside that, Pete often use crowbar and similar so that could maybe fit as well if wanting to adjust the concept a bit.

Why cut ? Mickey mouse of course made for kids , and pete smokes on that show alot , so why it would be cut

This is a modern game made for children, and smoking in schools is taught not to be done. Again the fits the character, is a good concept, but again smoking is not encouraged in a CHILDREN’S GAME!
But this is action is referring to the 30s—40s a time where smoking was not generally know to be bad, this is 2020, where smoking is know to be bad.
