Ever since the update can anyone reset their prize wall. I was hoping it was a glitch after the merge or something. But now day 2 of this seeing if I’m a one off or anyone else.
If anyone has any suggestions I’m open.

I haven’t had any issues, on either my server 1 or my server 14-to-1 accounts. Have you tried contacting in-game support?
