Can we please hurry and get rid of the mission ones? It’s getting so when a hero can equip a badge or level up, I don’t know about it. It takes too long to scroll through all my heroes one by one, to see who I can increase

It really doesn’t take very long at all. A few seconds at most (and I’m saying that as someone who has unlocked every character currently available).
Yes, I know it’s an annoying bug but seriously, let’s get some perspective on it, it is not the end of the world, it isn’t game breaking and it is being worked on.
Have patience, de-stress and enjoy the game.

Actually, the missions point only shows up when:
A: You are looking at a characters friendships
B: when they have a friend mission to complete.
Hitting complete on the mission will remove the exclamation marks. It is actually a reminder if your missions, that I sort of enjoy! 
@Champion_David to be fair here, there is a bug that since the last update has caused some players (including me) to get a pink ! which cannot be removed, even when there are no missions to collect and none which are startable.
I completely agree with the op when they say it is annoying. I just don’t think it is as bad as some people are making out.
