While people may be offended for being told that they did a bad job or are incorrect, that does not constitute "offensive language ".

Nor is it inherently rude to point out these flaws.
Isn’t that the purpose of a forum like this?

Not just open to discussing with those that agree with you?

Perhaps it was rude of me to imply any nefarious intentions from PB.
But given that the Forum does not indicate the specific offense or allow me to edit (once flagged), then I could not correct it.

Your not offending people, it’s just straight up rude to PB. If you would’ve worded your post differently, it wouldn’t have been flagged.

While PerBlue is a company and has no feelings, it is made up of people - engineers, artists, QA specialists, designers, community support agents, etc - and when you make posts saying ‘it would have taken any player with half a brain to know’ you’re attacking people who are working hard everyday to make this game. Please think about that before you make any post. I will continue to hide any posts that harass, belittle, or otherwise attack the people at this company. You can disagree with our actions and policies, but you WILL NOT attack us. I DO NOT hide posts simply because they don’t agree with PerBlue. I ONLY hide posts that violate the rules.

This is the second thread I’ve locked recently because it devolved into a bickering match between two sets of people. I appreciate the people who flag posts, but that’s where you should stop - you don’t need to follow up with a post about why you flagged and what the player did wrong. It just take the thread further off topic and enflames everyone involved. I appreciate the frustration that some players have about changes we make to the game. I ask you after you write your post, read it again and ask yourself “Does this attack the people making this game?” If you answer yes, take a minute to rewrite it - your point is valid and can be presented in a way that it won’t need to be flagged.
