Can someone explain this skill ? When Winifred charms an opponent, they gain Basic Damage instead of losing it? Is that right? How is that a skill? Maybe I’m reading it wrong.

Winifred sings and dances, Distracting nearby enemies. The first time Distracted enemies hit Winifred, the Distract is replaced by a Charm. Charmed enemies gain Basic Damage for the duration of the Charm. Winifred gains stacks of Hardy for each enemy Distracted.
