Game is telling me to update game. I go to Google play and there is no update. Caught an infinite loop.
That is a common bug and I believe it is Google Play related.

If you clear cache on the Google Play Store app this should solve the issue.

Amazon users locked out again . Per blue you have to up your update game . It’s not fair that people can’t get on every time you update . My daughter has moved in to a top 5 guild and top 5 guilds get pissed when their players show as inactive. Sort it out . You didn’t even compensate last time after promising you would. Shameful
Amazon has not approved the update yet and we are still waiting on them.
We did send a compensation to Amazon users. If you did not receive a compensation last time please send a message to support so we can look into why you would not have received that compensation.

I mean surely you would sort that out before updating or it’s acceptable to leave the Amazon users out cos they are mostly children and don’t line your pockets as much as other platforms?
We have no control over when Amazon approves and absolutely do not think of our players in the way that you are suggesting.
We expect that you should see the update on Amazon devices in about 2 hours.

Imo best advice for Amazon players is just to have the Google app as well. Unless it is not possible to get that one for you.
What did the compensation include, As I do not remember receiving one either
Our compensations usually include diamonds and stamina packs.

I tried clearing the cache and it’s still in a loop, is this still an issue for everyone?
You may just need to wait a bit longer for it to show up.
