Perhaps this person is lying without any proof of his claims that he’s a legend or may be bluffing or being a showoff. As the other ppl say just block him, if problem persists, it may be best to report him for harassment reasons. He has to provide proof or screenshot of his claims that he’s a legend or it doesn’t happen, but if you think that you’re not buying that proof or screenshot, just tell him it’s not gonna happen. Any lies like that has to show (or provide) proof or screenshot to backup his claims or it doesn’t happen…
