I have port and trial resets that don’t work because there is no use button and support messages just ignored the picture and told me to hit use. Anyone else have this issue? Even sent pix
Tap the “get more” button. It isn’t green, like it should be, but it does work to take you to the screen to activate the reset items.

Go to Port once you’ve completed your chances for the day and try and raid - you will then be prompted to use one of your reset tickets. You cannot use the reset from your Inventory like other consumables (although I think it should be like elite campaign resets).
