I like how they act like they would need to raise the server cap… Not based on competition this is all to force people to spend more money later. Their interests not the community. It’s actually a great thing for the player pool as new players can now compete. They will fall behind again eventually if they don’t keep playing.

We aren’t making any changes to the other servers. While the deals that appeared today were at a lower price point than normal, the amount of stamina purchased wasn’t unusual for those servers.
I want to further highlight a few points:
- The deal was broken and we couldn’t just leave it without taking action.
- We considered giving everyone the deal, but there are still a significant number of players who don’t pay in mobile games, and even this deal wouldn’t entice them to purchase. The difference between 100 stamina items and 4000 stamina items is huge and the gap between spenders and free players would be the worst possible outcome.
- The value of the replacement for the stamina is significantly higher than the value for the deal that was purchased.
- We don’t have the ability to issue refunds so that wasn’t an option.

Please do address the gap between the players who used their 200k stamina today; beginning at level 20 and who now have maxed accounts and 20 reds. This is important.

This is technically a kids game and most kids don’t have the money to pay for it so they would fall farther behind the adults and get disinterested
So, I get that you’re trying to be fair. BUT… on one hand you have someone that got the deal, levelEd up & maxed out. Then you have the other who has been grinding & has now been passed up.
How does this double campaign drop for two days help the second person? If the person who got the deal is now getting the double drop on top of the deal they got too.

@Polaris you want to do what you decided to do. Ok you scam everybody. At least for players who didn’t get the deals, will we get a same deals of money with articles people will received with the update you’re doing ? The crates, gold, etc ? Or nothing for not people who didn’t get the deal ? Because that is a point I am quitting the game for sure

Please don’t alienate the rep from the company breaking the law? Seriously? Refund the money And reset the servers or people keep the stamina. You cannot legally change what you sold after delivery. This isn’t a hard.concept.
