If you’re doing the illegal thing you’re doing @Polaris you can be sure that you will pay millions dollars in a court and Disney will not accept that. Refund everybody and make a reroll of the game or give the deals to everybody. If not you can be sure you’ll be in big troubles in the future.
I didn’t say polaris made the calls. He is however still their representative. It’s the same this as the white house spokesperson. No they didn’t make the call. Yes it is their job to hear about the backlash.
All payments are processed by the app stores and we don’t have any access to the payment systems.
I feel worst for those that didnt even have the option to buy the deal. There is literally no way they will ever catch up now. I could probably stomach this myself but knowing my guildmates were harmed by this makes me incredibly sad, and i dont know if i can continue to support the game.

1-You can contact them to make refunds to certain people take the stamina and deal away
2- you can just offer these deals available to everyone
This is the worse solution in video game history
Its not our problem that refund is gonna be hard for PB. You need to fix your errors.

When did 200*66 stamina and 9 crates become worth $100. I didn’t even get to use my stamina because I was at work.
I’m gonna be honest - you should’ve just rolled back the server and let people request refunds. This is really terrible.
You had access to everyone whose opinion counted in that meeting. You know what’s right and what is not. There is no consideration of the accounts/Alts that got ahead by using their bugged stamina deals to the fullest. There is no consideration in this response for the people who didn’t see a single deal all day. We’re even further behind now. Tell them that.

@Polaris I had 8540 stamina removed from my mailbox and received no compensation package because the premium stamina was not in my inventory. Please advise on a solution to this gross error.
