Having problem watching videos they just don’t load then my sound cuts out 
Same problem here and this happen since I started playing, already contacted the support two times but nothing was done
One problem sometimes I got are videos not loading, showing a black screen. It still gives me the option to pause or to mute, which is wierd.
Anyway, when that happens, I put the game on background window, tap in the game again to go back. This makes the video play but still with the black screen until it gets stuck to where the video is suppose to end.
Afterwards I press in the video to pause, also on mute, put the game on background window again, tap once more in the game to go back and finally all of the sudden it shows the option to end the video like normal.
Very strange occurrence.
