Problem with collections not being addressed

Three out of the four Tangled characters cannot be used to advance their collections count, mother gothel Flynn Rider and Maximilian
I did put a support ticket in and all they told me was Rapunzel can be used but they didn’t explain why the other three can’t and I even included a picture and they just told me well you have to use them in a certain place.
I’ve used them in invasion and other places and they won’t increase because they don’t have a collection badge, the letter c associated with them!

Unfortunately not having an English speaking support crew seems to be a problem at times.

The screenshot is from invasion on the breaker fight and obviously Goofy has his collections badge and can be used to advance his collections count but Max and mother gothel certainly can’t

I was able to use Rapunzel only because the other three don’t work, they don’t have a collections badge near them, when you do anything …

The collection badge only arrives when you have made progress with a character. So when you have won one battle with Maximus, Gothel and Eugene you will come to see the C-badge.

They said they have used them and it didn’t work though?

Support’s response may be just because it probably was a bot. Especially since perblue employees aren’t usually active on saturday and sunday

Have you tried them again in Creep Surge since posting this? I’ve had no issue with advancing any of the heroes in that collection, personally.

It took three times but the badges started finally showing up.

I think there was a problem and I kept complaining and they fixed it.
