Problem with heist

I can’t take part in any heist because there is a bug which looks as if I should rewatch the tutorial but I cant do it.

There are a few tutorials for Heist - can you give me a screen shot of where you’re stuck?

And moreover while playing tutorial heist,Tutorial player’s Heroes at purple dont have their purple skill unlocked! Not a major problem but its weird.
