I tried it multiple times and got the same result each time @Polaris. Help! I had more than enough diamonds.
Ok so it finally worked, but I have a new problem with it. I spent 250 diamonds on it! All I got was 150k gold and a SINGLE genie thread. Wtf, how is that at all fair? What am I supposed to do with ONE thread?!

Please send in a ticket to support. They’ll be able to look at the logs and see what happened.
The waiting for results screen appears when the game is having trouble communicating with the server - usually a network issue.
