Aladdin
- Increased HP
- He needs a little more natural HP. Yes, he gets more HP from his Red Skill, but having more will go a long way.
- Energy Steal
- Lower the cooldown of this skill. It justifies the measly 150 Energy he steals and he will more consistently stay in close range.
- One Jump Ahead
- Aladdin should gain small bursts of Energy when he dodges. Gaining 30 Energy allows him to use Sabre Slash sooner and more frequently.
Alice
- Red Skill: Curious Change
- Remove the level restriction on one of the main effects. The speed buff in Normal Form OR debuff cleanse in Enormous Form should always be available. Just one will do to make this more balanced.
- Friendship Disk: Royal Flush
- Allow Alice to provide shields every time she becomes Enormous, not just once the first time. This will make this disk just as useful as Miguel’s Flower Song.
Anger
- Friendship Disks
- Both disks should also give Anger armor boosts.
Buzz Lightyear
- Increased stats across the board
- Pulsar Push
- Slightly lower the cooldown of this skill.
- Power Up
- Use piercing lasers every second basic attack instead of every third.
Calhoun
- Laser Blast
- Give an added effect. Allow this skill to shred Armor or Reality when used.
- Dynamite Gal
- Increase damage significantly.
- Cybugeddon
- Increase damage significantly.
- Sweet Revenge
- Give Calhoun short invincibility periods on cooldown, similar to Donald’s disk with Scrooge. This allows her to use her comeback factor more consistently.
- Friendship Disk: Another Castle
- Increase the shield HP. The duration is overkill considering these shields are not as strong as they used to be. Make the shields stronger to justify its duration and therefore justifying the memory tokens players spend on it.
Darkwing Duck
- Increased HP
- Shadow Speed
- Increase the speed bonus to 20%. This will go a long way when the bonuses begin to stack.
Dash:
- Rapid Guard
- Allow him to completely block incoming damage when he uses this skill. Change it so that it fails when the projectile is from a higher level enemy.
Elastigirl
- Element of Surprise
- Increase the duration of the slow debuff. Extending it to 6 or 7 seconds gives her more utility. Also goes well with her new Red Skill.
Emperor Zurg
- Increase all stats
- Needs it desperately.
- Energy Heist
- Increase Energy stolen by a LOT. This skill is otherwise a bad joke.
- Evil Genius
- Add another effect. Allow him to reduce incoming damage (like maybe 30%) while he channels Ion Blaster. This allows him another chance to use Ion Blaster if he is interrupted.
EVE
- Increase her base damage across all skills.
- Makes her more of a “nuking” hero and allows her to actually compete against Elsa and Stitch.
Fix-it-Felix Jr
- Frienship Disk: Rapid Fire Fixin’
- Add another effect: Felix gains more Tenacity for every 10% HP missing. The less time he spends being disabled, the more consistently he can sponge hits for his allies. Otherwise, Frozone’s Golden Snow Cone is simply the better choice.
Finnick
- Increased stats across the board
- His refresh was great but it didn’t scale well. He needs to be brought up to speed.
Frozone
- Increased stats across the board
- He needs this desperately, especially his Basic Damage and Skill Power.
- Stay Frosty
- Increase the duration by a lot. There’s no excuse for Powerline and Kristoff to freeze whole teams for 10 seconds but Frozone can’t. No excuse.
- Cold Front
- Increase the damage.
- Give this skill an added effect please! Make it knock back, make it remove Energy, make it do something.
- Arctic Chill
- Same as Stay Frosty, make it freeze longer!
- Frostbite
- Increase the damage per second.
- The effect should apply for freezing from any source.
- Friendship Disk: Cool as Ice
- Remove the freeze on allies.
Gaston
- Five Dozen Eggs
- Give him “true” invincibility so that it justifies his small effective range and his very low HP growth.
Gizmoduck
- Gaggle of Gadgets
- Remove the level restriction on the shields. The shield is based on a numerical value that rises in level instead of a percentage value. Please, at least let the shields be usable immediately. The Red Skill is otherwise very disappointing.
Hector Barbossa
- Scan the Horizon
- Extend the speed buff to 9 seconds to match the study duration. This should improve his DPS without the need for buffing his stats or the damage of his other skills.
Hiro Hamada
- Megabot Spin
- A slight buff; increase the slow to 50%.
- Microbot Stun
- Lower the cooldown of this skill.
Jack-Jack
- Extra Bounce
- Change the conditions for the extra bounces. Extra bounces should work on debuffs as well like slows, armor shred, etc. and not just disables and scares. This gives Jack-Jack more synergy with more characters.
- Friendship Disk: Bogo Buddies
- Increase the stun duration by lot. This disk is so underwhelming otherwise.
- Increase the range.
Jack Skellington
- Jack-o-Lantern
- Allow Jack to also increase his attack speed in addition to causing his basic attacks to splash. This helps his DPS greatly without the need to improve his stats or skills.
Jack Sparrow
- Acting Dodgy
- Give this skill another effect to make it a little less basic. Armor shred, study, sap, or silence are all good options.
- Pirate Code
- Give Jack temporary invincibility during the animation of this skill. This allows him to actually have the chance to make a proper comeback.
Joy
- Happy-Go-Lucky
- A change to the passive skill; when Joy is KO’d, her allies will no longer keep the defense boosts of Radiance.
- Joy Bubble
- Lower the cooldown. The cooldown is already low, but she should give shields more often to be less passive and more proactive.
- Radiance
- Joy receives the Reality boost of this skill, but just 50% of it. This is the trade off; in exchange for Joy keeping the Reality boost, her allies loose the effects of Radiance if Joy is KO’d.
- Friendship Disk: Bursting with Happiness
- Allies will also lose the Armor boost if Joy is KO’d.
- Friendship Disk: Eat Your Feelings
- Add this new effect; when Joy blocks a disable, the ally she protects will be immune to disables for a number of seconds. This justifies the fact she can only block disables one at a time and makes this disk much more flexible.
Judy Hopps
- Bunny Hop
- Extend the duration of the lowered movement speed, maybe up to 5 seconds. This gives Judy a much bigger payoff for punishing melee heroes.
- Deputize
- Changing the usage of this skill entirely. Instead of using it only once in the beginning of the wave, this skill should be on a cooldown so she can continually provide the inspire buff more often. This would make her a much more desirable Support hero.
- Testify
- Change the healing into a percentage value to reward her allies for KO’ing enemies more than it does now. The inspire buff should be extended to 5 seconds for that ally.
- Play Dead
- Extend the inspire buff again on this one, maybe up to 5 seconds.
- Friendship Disk: Carrot Caper
- Remove the extra HP healed by Play Dead. She doesn’t need this; her improved healing stat is more than enough for her revive.
- Instead, have this disk improve the inspire buff; allow Judy to heal her allies a certain amount of HP per second while inspire is active. The healing will be the new numerical value that replaces the HP healed by Play Dead.
- This makes this disk much more useful; this disk would make Judy a defensive support while Felix’s disk will still be a strong option for offensive support.
Kevin Flynn
- Friendship Disk: Sweet Glitch
- Data Shield should have a 100% chance to avoid disables. This change alone helps makes this much more consistent.
- Friendship Disk: Old School Diagnostic
- Increase the healing by a lot.
Madam Mim
- Wizard Duel
- Mim becomes immune to disables when she transforms. That’s it, really. She has no Tenacity or Evasion so she’s easy to shut down. With this small change, she is rewarded for actually being able to use Wizard Duel. The disable immunity is only while she’s transformed and she can still take damage fully during those moments. This prevents her from becoming too unstoppable.
Mad Hatter
- Red Skill: Pass the Tea
- Add another effect; Hatter should take less damage from enemies he hit with Mad Tea Party by a certain percentage. This should help with his low stats.
Maleficent
- Dragon Fire
- Increase the damage by a lot.
- Increase the range.
- Mistress of all Evil
- Extend the curse duration slightly, maybe 8 seconds.
- Friendship Disk: Drake-o-Lantern
- Add a new effect; enemies near the Forest of Thorns should have their attack and movement speed lowered by a certain percentage. This gives Maleficent even more control and makes this disk on par with Ursula’s Shell Game.
Maui
- Increased HP
- He needs this badly.
- Psych Up
- When Maui uses this Skill, he cannot be interrupted. That’s it. This guarantees his value when players choose him to be the Tank.
- Friendship Disk: Master Navigator
- Maui should also benefit from the HP boost, not just his allies. Otherwise, Genie’s World Stage is so much better.
Merida
- Increased stats across the board.
- This is honestly all she needs.
Mickey Mouse
- Increased HP
- That’s actually all he needs.
Miguel Rivera
- Increased HP
- He needs this.
- Crescendo
- Add a new effect; when Miguel removes notes from his allies, he also removes any negative status effects on them at the time. This rewards Miguel for removing his notes and it makes him more useful in game modes where he’s forced to play on Auto.
Mike Wazowski
- Sonic Belch
- Increase the damage. It’s amazing how weak this skill is even when it hits scared enemies.
- Canister Toss
- Increase the range of the scare.
- On a Roll
- Increase the damage.
Moana
- Love and Protection
- When Moana’s grandmother appears to heal Moana, she also cleanses Moana from negative status effects. This makes Moana more competent at her job and it would be flexible too since Moana’s grandmother can show up anytime someone uses an active skill.
Nick Wilde
- Shuriken Pops
- When Nick uses this skill, he should also gain a burst of Energy (maybe 100 per pop) if a pop successfully lands a hit. The sooner he gets Energy, the more realistic it is for him to call his lemmings more than once in a fight.
Queen of Hearts
- Temper, Temper
- When she activates this skill, she should still be considered “present” in the battlefield. Right now, when she uses this skill, enemies will ignore her and walk past her. This is a huge no-no and should be changed.
- Royal Highness
- Increase the HP it gives.
- She should also be able to block at least one more thing besides charms. It would be ideal if she can also block slows as well.
Ralph
- Increase the damage of all his skills
- Shouting Match
- Extend the silence duration. Seriously, 2 seconds? He can do much better than that.
- Big Duty
Increase the threshold to 50% HP instead of 30%. 30% is cutting it too close, and he won’t be able to recover quickly enough. At 50%, it will be easier for him to continue sponging hits while allies will also have an easier time healing him too.
Rapunzel
- Increase the range of her regular attacks
- This small quality of life change would make her a lot more consistent so that she’s not always putting herself in harm’s way.
Rex
- Shield Eating Dinosaur
- Rex should also heal himself whenever he attacks shielded enemies. This gives him an actual way of sustaining himself while maintaining his niche as a shield breaker.
Sally
- Deadly Nightshade
- Sally should be able to heal a certain amount of HP for every stack of poison that was consumed when she activates this skill. Having her own self-healing will help her protect her allies a lot more and it especially helps her out in situations where she’s forced to use this skill sooner than later.
Scar
- Long Live the King
- Extend the silence duration. Should be just fine considering Simba & Nala can silence enemies for over 10 seconds.
Shank
- Final Lap
- Add a new effect; when Shank uses this skill, she should also push enemies back with her car and slow down their movement speed too. This allows her to protect her allies more competently.
- Piston Slam
- Damage should be instant.
- Healing should be instant.
- Making these small changes helps her otherwise mediocre melee strength.
Sulley & Boo
- Toy Tantrum
- Add a new effect: enemies hit by this skill should have their Basic Damage lowered for a number of seconds. This can be anything really, like lowering attack speed or sapping. This helps Sulley with his defensive issues.
Tia Dalma
- Bitter Storm
- Extend the silence duration. Should be just fine considering Simba & Nala can silence enemies for over 10 seconds.
- Tidal Rush
- Increase the damage by a lot.
- Mystic Curse
- Extend the curse duration, maybe 8 seconds or so.
Ursula
- Increased HP
- She needs this more than anything.
- On the Hook
- Can she at least steal the energy too? This skill is otherwise so underwhelming as it is.
- Something for Nothing
- This situational skill punishes enemies by denying them energy they would have gained for KO’ing Ursula’s allies. To make it a little better, enemies should also be sapped when they KO an ally. That would make this skill more rewarding and allows Ursula to prevent enemies from steamrolling her team.
Vanellope
- Soda Geyser
- Extend the duration of the slow. Seriously, it’s such a forgettable skill otherwise.
- Red Skill: Racing Ahead
- Make the skill a little more worthwhile investing in by removing the level restriction on the slows.
Violet
- Invisibility
- Lower the cooldown from 25 seconds to 20 seconds. This will make Violet more annoying and easier to fit in stall teams.
- Friendship Disk: Investigative Journalism
- Improve her shields even more by having this disk also give Reality. Violet’s shields will better compete against Baymax’s shields this way.
Woody
- Increase the range of this regular attacks
- This is so that Woody is not putting himself in the hot zone all the time.
- Increased HP
- This would make standing in the midline more comfortable for him.
- Friendship Disks
- Both disks should give him more Skill Power
Yax:
- Natural Healing
- Extend the healing duration (like 8 seconds is good) and improve the healing potency by a lot. Yax being able to heal at a slow rate is fitting for his character and can be made practical if the healing amount is substantial. Changing the skill like this allows him to synergize with Genie and he would get to compete more with Rafiki and Mickey.
- Flower Power
- There are a few ways to improve this skill; it just needs an added effect. Maybe it should push back enemies. Maybe this could give Yax an instant burst of Energy. Anything would be better.
- Frienship Disk: Musk Yax
- This disk should gave way more Skill Power.
