from a competitive / PVP standpoint, Bonus HP is one of the worst possible disk level effects 
I don’t know why it isn’t specifically on either of Snow White’s disks, but I don’t think there’s any rule that it must be included 
There are many heroes where neither disk gives bonus HP… it’s certainly not a rule and I don’t know why you’d think it is.

Bad choice anyway, SP is what you want mainly.
Yeah, no… you don’t use support heroes or what? What disks gives is barely anything 30M HP is nothing.
And more damage taken with how armor and reality is calculated. The difference is small, but you take more damage.
It never was, and never will be.
