I attempted to buy 2 £18 deals and did not receive the promised items. Not only that I was charged an additional 3 times for no reason. Other people on server are multiple 100’s out of pocket.
Perblue this is not acceptable and needs to be addressed ASAP. In the meantime if you are on server 1 please do not purchase any deals.

I dunno how many deals are affected or how likely it is to trigger, but this is a serious situation that is not worth risking essentially throwing money away for absolutely nothing.

Definitely. If left unaddressed it will result in a huge amount of backlash.
I doubt it will go unaddressed, the deals need to be taken down ASAP though while it’s investigated

Looking into this issues now. I do see there was errors and a downage with Google Play and this may be related to that, but if you had any issues making purchases please contact support ASAP so we can look into it further.
For issues that are serious like this and need account information support is always the best place to go as I cannot get detailed account information from the Forums alone.
Looks like this was an issue with the downage in Google Play so any purchases you’re seeing on your bank statement should have “pending” by them and that’ll drop off in a few days! So the good news is that you were not actually charged for those purchases!
Yes the money was refunded to me yesterday. Still I felt the need to spread the word as much as possible.
Unfortunately, we don’t get any warning when Google Play has an outage. Happy to know there was no issue with the actual deals though!
