And what’s worse, they sometimes try again to see if it works, but to no avail, they get charged twice or more.
Sending a ticket to Google Play or the Apple Store won’t do all of us any favors since they said it was cancelled, yet still charged the money spent.
Players who suffered this bug should at least get their money back, or be given the precise amount of money coupons for future bundles.
For example, I suffered the loss of $33.99 x 2, equalling $67.98 lost in the process, meaning I need at least 2 $33.99 coupons to compensate these terrible purchase errors.
