Too low. Why? If we get 90 of each type every invasion, you can fully upgrade a SP/BD/HP mod in each of the distinctive ways once every 3 weeks. At your pace, it would be Once every 2 months.
At the current pace, it’s hardly three types (just Purple Skill, Normal Crit and Armor) every well… half a year?

I don’t know what you interpreted that as, but I meant it should give more upgrade pieces than that per Invasion. 90 a week isn’t nearly enough.
Can you apply to perblue? I think they need your creativity, your ideas read thus far today have been spot on.
