Does anyone know what dupe points are in cosmetic crates? Is there like a shop to spend them hidden away somewhere?

Duplicate points go towards your collections “meter” as I like to call it. It’s mostly just there to boost your heroes a little bit like 0.5 more damage. The amount of points you get varies on the rarity of the duplicate as a uncommon gives only a little (20 I believe?) and legendary goes as high as 500. If you want to know why players have a big orange sign that says “Collections” with a number after it, well that’s their level on their collection meter
