I would like to attach something to this question.
We were told that Mega Mart and Black Market do base the diamond costs of bits/full badges on the rank of the badge to be equipped/crafted at.
Something like that should be done for Badge Bazaar as well, where Purple to Purple+4 rank equippable purple badges cost like 100-500 tokens and as you get closer to R19 the cost is rising to the amount of energy Badge needs to craft.
Similarly, the reduced cost of Badges should apply to all other shops (Arena, Coliseum, Heist. Surge, …) if you don’t plan on changing them to feature Hero Chips only.
I wanted to add something about “reduced stamina cost of earlier chapters”. I devised two possible plans.
First divides the chapters with 6 stamina cost into 6 parts (right now 36 chapters, thus divided into 6 equal to 6 in S1-5). First 6 will change the cost to 1 stamina (meaning loss or win, it will always cost just 1). Second 6 (7-12) will cost 2, 13-18 3, 19-24 4 etc.
The other plan I figured out was having somewhat exponential raise in stamina. That means the last chapter will change the cost from 15 to 16. Two before the current cap (in S1 38, 39) will have the cost at 8 stamina. Four below that (34-37) will cost 4 stamina. Eight below 34 (26-33) will cost 2 stamina. All the others (1-25) will cost 1 stamina, letting most players easily reach R5 rank on most characters.
How about badges that have value. Why would I want to buy a badge for say 40k tokens that is made up of badges and bits that I have thousands of.
There isn’t enough badge rarity here
