Quick survey on gold supply

Just trying to get a feel for what forumers think about this issue.

Currently in the game, there is ___ gold:

• a severe shortage of
• a slight shortage of
• just about the right amount of
• a slight surplus of
• a tremendous surplus of

Right now, I have ___ gold:

• under 1 million
• between 1 million and 100 million
• between 100 million and 1 billion
• between 1 billion and 10 billion
• over 10 billion

Compared to just before the most recent cap raise, I have:

• a lot less gold
• a little less gold
• about the same amount of gold
• a little more gold
• a lot more gold
• not been paying attention to my gold supply

I get most of my gold from:

• Creep Surge
• Invasion
• Port
• selling Hero XP
• buying deals
• I’m not sure

Edit: Just to clarify for this last poll, I’m asking about heroes whose skills are maxed, regardless of their rank. If you’ve got Megara at level 265 but only R3, she counts.

I try to keep __ heroes with their skills at or very close to the level cap.

To add a bit to the first poll. Currently, I’m pretty rarely out of gold (it happens but not THAT often like with everything else). So I’m kinda torn between “just right” and “slight shortage”.

But I picked the latter cause I feel like if the amount of XP drinks we get was more balanced, I’d have to upgrade more skills and so would need more gold

I’ve been saving my resources basically for every cap increase and I still have over 36 billion gold. Granted, up until the past 6 months, I was spending quite a bit of money for stamina deals. So I haven’t paid attention how I earn the gold and how often. Now that I’m on a very strict budget, I haven’t upgraded all my toons to the highest cap Y6 265, just 30 are Y6 and everyone else is Y5. I’m certain, I’m the exception to the rule, but I have a crap ton of gold. Haha

The poll might be a bit misleading because most of us have very different surge layouts. The people on super high level guilds are likely looking at a top end around 40 to 50 mil and low end of 20 to 30 mil where people in lower guilds might have a top end of 12 to 15 million.

It might be good to add a poll asking if their surge areas are over 10 mill
