Woody with Jessie disc is the answer. And his placements in the fights against Jafar.
The key is you want to make sure Woody is placed where he can use his lasso straight away without him moving first to find Jafar. This will cancel (or at least prolonged) Jafar’s used of his tornado skill, specifically talking about Jafar Scar disc, during the start of the fight.
Baymax Olaf disc also helps too.
