The text for her ability Grid Power says Quorra’s Disc Spin “does bonus damage equal to 10% of her target’s max HP up to a maximum of dmgCap damage per hit”. Was this always in Quorra’s kit or did PerBlue find a way to reel her in but forget to add the cap? Just a funny thing I noticed.

Just a placeholder… they’ll add it soon enough. A lot of people asking for a nerf…
It probably has more to do with data.
If they see a hero being over utilized, like quorra, they are going to assume it is too powerful and attempt to balance it to bring it in line and encourage diversity.
If they see a hero being under utilized they will do the same balancing.
I’m sure they take into consideration what people are saying, but probably only as a guide to look into the data.
If everyone started saying Rex was OP and needed a Nerf it is unlikely they would do anything because the data would disagree.
