If so, it would be Scrooge, this could explain his absence in Quack Pack.

That show is a spin off of the og dt so maybe he died between those shows. If Scrooge were to die in this show (which is unlikely) then he probably wouldnāt appear in dwd reboot

I think Lena/Magica seems like an obvious one considering the end of season 1, plus the running Phantom Blot plotlineā¦

And the last episode which he has appeared build some plot between him and Pepper.

I thought you meant a plot line with him and magica, because there is only one episode regarding that (also I have watched every episode at least 5 times in season 3)

Spoilers/Theories:
Phantom Blot was the Funzo at Funzos guarding FOWLs base on and off during the early show before showing his blot face in the second season finale cliffhanger. In the new season his quest for stealing magic (to use on Magica later) has escalated rapidly. He stole Gene the Genie and the magic fog that protects the McDuck castleā¦ Thatās a lot of combined magic he has stolen now also FOWL think he is helping themā¦ But FOWL is collecting magic objects too, so whatās Blot likely to do later? Steal the magic from them too š¤¦
Seems like that could make him strong enough to kill Magica and/or Lenaā¦

That Mouse shows up for an appearance right at the end, Donald is delighted saying āI told you he was real!ā Then Mickey joins the gang to help defeat the Blot and in the end Micky must pull him away back to old timey cartoon world š¤¦

I think part of the symbolism of a fanboy becoming the new Darkwing in the reboot is that the old shows live on in the fans that love them and want to recreate them and give them new lifeā¦
