This has been happening ever since the latest update. Usually when I raid elite campaigns through the “raid all” to get a given character’s chips, it counts for both the hero prize wall quest and the daily quest. Now, when I go to claim these quests after raiding, it resets the campaign clears and tells me to complete the quest [again]. Going through the quests manually still works, but it’s just a frustrating pain in the keister.

It’s a known issue, PerBlue has pinpointed the problem, but they didn’t have enough time to implement a fix and get a client update out before the holidays.

You can still raid individual stages if you visit the stage, just not raid all for a certain character.
It is more work, but as Jody said PB couldn’t fix it so soon.
