My Kuzco is Yellow rank with all his skills (besides Red) maxed. And Carl was Purple ranked as well, though I don’t remember the specific rank.

On topic, if you say that “Randall ruins those Friend Campaigns”, then based on my experience, for me I sometimes had no problem taking him out, regardless of any Wave Mr. Boggs is in. One recent example is the King Louie-Peter Pan Campaign, among others.
