Ray is a 1-Star, Backline, Support Hero
Trial Team: red
Quote: Don’t make me light my butt!
Bio: Ray will get his family together and show his allies the right way to defeating their enemies.
Appear: Ray flies in and lights his butt
Victory: Evangeline shows up and Ray looks at her
Defeat: Ray falls on the ground
Basic Attack: passive
Skills
White: Gonna take you there
Passive: Instead of a Basic Attack Ray applies one Stack of Light to an ally. Allies are healed for X HP per second for every Stack of Light they have.
Active: Ray consumes all Stacks of Light blinding all enemies for ten seconds, increasing all allies’ Attack Speed by 100% for ten seconds and granting them X Basic Damage and Y Skill Power for the rest of the wave.
Green: Let’s get do it, Darling!
Ray plays the accordion on Juju applying two Stacks of Light to himself, granting all allies 100 Energy and healing them for X HP.
Applying the Stacks of Light on Ray has a chance to fail if Ray is above Level X.
Blue: Me Belle Evangeline
Fantastic Damage
Evangeline glows up high in the sky healing Ray for X HP, blinding all enemies for nine seconds and dealing X damage to already blinded enemies.
Purple: Goin’ with you
Whenever an ally blinds an enemy Ray and allies heal for X HP and the enemy’s Basic Damage is decreased by Y for the duration of the blind.
Red: Ain’t No Firecracker
When Ray is KO’d all enemies lose X Basic Damage and are blinded for 9 seconds.
For each blinded enemy, Ray and allies gain 10% Attack Speed and Y Skill Power.

Description: Ray and Tinker Bell twinkle and spread happiness and pixie dust together.

Blinded enemies’ Basic Damaged is decreased by X per Level
Enemies damaged by a Fantastic attack are blinded for two seconds (+1 second per Star)
