What does normal crit do on Milo?

Sorry for the question, I’m new to the forum. What is the difference between the two types of sets? can both be used safely except for some heroes based on their red ability? or is there another reason?

Say hello to final update, as of now!
- Added: Maui, Bo Peep, Barbossa, Wall-E
- Added 3rd part of the guide for all the heroes which aren’t mentioned in the first two sections - these heroes are basically hopeless and don’t have any other good set for them or it’s a waste for them, so they all have same recommend set of mods
- If these heroes will be refreshed and made good they will join one of the first two sections
- New heroes will be still added as normally… in a FLASHing speed!
- And since it’s all done… added a link to the github website on the top!

Not a huge deal, since I feel like I know what it should be (1 armor, 1 reality and 1 shield…?), but the amount of mods listed is for 4 open slots instead of 3, since 1 is either a green SP or a normal crit BD.
