Once I opened up the game, it comes up and it’s says that it has to reconnect. How long does it take?

Until the service tech finally see our comments and deal with this slow loading and reconnecting error to fix. I’m tired of these glitches

No. It means it’s a major glitch and it text his knees immediately.
