Reset to level 1

I have been reset to level 1 and can’t even go into the campaign, I seem to have all my items I levelled up heroes but now can’t do anything in the game. Very frustrating, has this happened to anyone else?!

Update 1.14.2 Known Issues

Here are some known issues we’re investigating: iOS players cannot see what they’re typing in chat.
