Please send in a support ticket of you are missing rewards for the contest. They’ll be able to check the logs to verify.
How do I send a support ticket? I never got told how
Home screen > Account Icon in bottom left > Support > Message icon in top right > Post your question > Choose “I need to talk to someone”

It should appear after you’ve posted your question - a list of possible FAQ answers will pop up based on keywords in your message, and at the end will be the option to start a chat if none of the answers are any use
