So maybe drop mercs? The guildcoins doing nothing 2
If they did lower the merc cost to the same formula as the district gold yield, the problem would be goneā¦ Because you would earn more than the merc costs. By about 40%.
Itās good time to nerf gold from surge further.
If anything it should be buffed. And low players should be given a special multiplier atop what they earn so they are more competitive.
With how much everything costs smh.
As if it wasnāt nerfed enough
Why do you always find ways to ruin the game for FTP? Many canāt buy gold from deals unlike you
Musketeer just has a strong sense of sarcasm. To a degree, others (including me) find it detrimental at times.
What does detrimental mean?
tending to cause harm
Gotcha,thanks
Was there something in the roadmap at one point about expanding the cosmetic collections? Iām sure I remember there being somethingā¦
As an example of an active F2P player Iāve now completed every cosmetic collection, ie. I have all the cosmetics. Iād assume that many paying players of varying degrees also have
This would suggest whatever expansion was planned is now due - or itās going to be really, really hard for accounts like mine to keep up going forwards without the badge crates this provided
This has been discontinued indefinitely as far as I am aware
The team probably felt at that point that an increase of 100% in skill power, HP and basic damage and other stats is enough, and they didnāt want someone who could buy cosmetics to have more of an advantage.
Now, we have patches, and it is the even worse P2W - so not sure how that all fits inā¦
It just adds to the long list of resources that we can no longer use because the planning was not executed properly.
Or prioritized efficiently.
LOL
Have you see the current meta?
There are so many bugs because every new hero adds 70 million buffs and they are not working correctly
I believe the testing of new heroes are not done properly, which is really baffling considering we only get a new hero every 3 weeks nowā¦
but again, my opinion, based on what I understand and know.
I did propose having a purpose for purple rimmed cosmetic cratesā¦ have the current unlock of a cosmetic be a ābronze tierā.
And add āsilverā and āgoldā tier to all cosmetics. When you get the same cosmetic twice, it will push it to silver tier and thrice it pushes to gold tier. For each completed tier of a collection you would get the badge crates.
Even more ideal thing - if you have some cosmetic at gold tier, the cosmetic crate will ignore this cosmetic from the chance.
Besides, the best point - guaranteed cosmetic crates can only be used to get cosmetics with no tier (aka only bronze tier coukd be achieved with them).
This would emphasize the trickery of cosmetic crates (could be given less of them in deals), but let guaranteed cosmetic crates be practically the same as now.
@Polaris I think this could be a fair balancing here. An expansion of cosmetic levels is definitely not worth doing ever.
This is a good idea. Though I remember we suggested a similar feature for the Battle Pass overflow (which we were actually asked for ideas about), and nothing there has ever come to fruition
Unfortunately this will be the case for most of the things we suggest to help players enjoy playing more, which would lead to them play longer and possibly spend moreā¦
That would be a good idea, getting the same cosmetic and moving it sliver tier then up to gold tier is perfect
Canāt wait for next week, and to read all about these new guild perks, in patch notes 5.3!
Used to be very rewarding to hire mercs now not so much cause of the crazy amount of gold needed everywhere,
doesnāt help campaign still only gives at most 7k gold a node when badges cost 100 mil+ to craft
Might as well get rid of the merc feature if you wonāt lower the cost of them
