Rogercop (Unlikely Concept)

Hi everyone. This is my concept about Rogercop from Miraculous LB. I hope you’ll enjoy this concept.

Animations

Basic Attack/Passive: Rogercop punches the closest enemy, dealing X damage.
Entrance: He walks to his position. (New entrance animation when Blue skill is unlocked).
Victory: He claps and drives away.
Defeat: He kneels down on the ground feeling guilty.

Rogercop shoots the 2 enemies with most skill power with his laser gun, charming them for 9 seconds. While charmed, the enemies’ attack speed is increased by 70%.
The charm has a chance to fail against enemies above level Y.

Rogercop punches the closest enemy, dealing X damage and knocking them back.

(:sparkles: FANTASTIC DAMAGE)

At the start of every wave, Rogercop rides his car that goes through enemies, dealing X damage and stunning 3 enemies with the most HP for 7 seconds. When the stun duration is over, the enemies’ basic damage is decreased by 60% for 8 seconds.

:purple_circle: Strict Order

Charmed enemies by “Law Inforcement” deals 50% less fantastic damage when Rogercop uses “Punch of Justice”.
The fantastic damage decrease is less effective against enemies above level Y.

Stunned enemies now recieves 4 stacks of Fatigue when Rogercop uses “Law Inforcement”. Rogercop then steals a buff from every enemy who were stunned by “Car Chase”.
The buff steal has a chance to fail against enemies above level Y.

Campaign: Bogo 2.0
Description: Even though Judy is a great officer, Rogercop sees her as an undeserving police officer.
Allies: Chief Bogo, Nick Wilde, and Minnie Mouse
Disk: Satisfactory Effort
Effect: “Car Chase” now deals 20% more damage (+20% per star).

Rogercop/Clawhauser

Campaign: Disappointment Badge
Description: Rogercop is somehow frustrated about Clawhauser’s way of dealing serious crimes.
Allies: Goofy, Rex, and Scar
Disk: Point Of Understanding
Effect: Rogercop’s Max HP is increased by +30% (+30% per star).

Very good concept! I especially like the friendships!

I feel like Control would better fit the skills. There is little that makes him survive on his own very long, but he does disable.

This makes little sense. Why would you want charmed enemies to deal less damage? They are helping you when charmed. So maybe increase damage when charmed?

What I meant by that is the “charmed enemies” will deal less fantastic damage. Meaning the enemies who have been charmed before will deal less fantastic damage when Rogercop uses his Green skill.

Ahh that makes sense! That’s a great skill, but maybe clarify that it’s after charm ended.
