Speaking of bill cipher I need to make another rule.
And we can choose the characters now, you won’t be invited yet but still choose characters.
Also I am the only account who can have two characters because story reasons. But to be fair I make it on my alt. But nobody else can make alts for the pm.

Since some characters are op I had to nerf some. Characters cannot do the following, teleport enemies (they can teleport heroes though) change the character to a different substance, have op items unless gotten from a special area, be in hittable (violet can use her shield but cannot have it forever.)
Passing out: after a battle if your character gets hurt thee get the effect “passed out” if they are they cannot move, or use powers. They can talk to allies if they have the item chat band which let’s them talk while passed out.
Extra rules, more things will be added. And items will be explained more later on.
