A bit yes and no, but mostly yes :-). Sora is definitely the face of the group and the one doing most of the decisions.
If I join and go with Sora I will probably go with Kingdom Hearts 1 Sora as I don’t want to add too much power creep.

Technically, Hiro is a leader too. He’s kinda the one who makes plans in Big Hero 6, since he has no powers/gadgets, except those magnetic gloves he doesn’t use much.
