Scarlet Overkill
The world’s first female supervillain, Scarlet Overkill uses various gadgets created by her husband to eliminate those who stand in her way.
“When I started out, people said a woman could never rob a bank as well as a man. Well…time’s changed!”
Role: Damage
Position: Middle
Team: Yellow
Basic Attack: Kicks an enemy
Entrance: Flies in with her rocket dress, lands into position, and her rocket dress collapses beneath her skirt
Victory: Rubs her hands together
Defeat: Her eyes grow wide and she looks angry
Skills
White Skill: The Ultimate Weapon
True Damage 
Scarlet activates her rocket dress and fires 10 missiles at random enemies. Each missile deals X Damage and stuns the enemy for 4 seconds.
Green Skill: Take The Gem
Scarlet reveals a ruby, shielding her for X HP. She then dodges the next Basic Attack or Skill, increasing her Attack Speed by 50% for 11 seconds.
If Scarlet has a already used The Ultimate Weapon, the shields gains an extra Y HP.
Blue Skill: Red Hot
Fantastic Damage 
Scarlet fires a lava gun at the closest enemy, dealing X Damage over 9 seconds and reducing their Reality by Y.
Purple Skill: Good To Be Bad
When Scarlet activates The Ultimate Weapon, she gains Berserk for 10 seconds and gains an extra X Basic Damage.
Red Skill: Greatest Supervillain
Normal Damage 
Each missile from The Ultimate Weapon also applies 2 stacks of Fatigue.
Enemies with Fatigue are dealt X Damage whenever they are disabled or debuffed.
