As of ~11:15 CDT, Server 16 seems to be struggling with something.
I was running a heist, and was seeing a lot of rubber band movement, as well as long delays when investigating.
Following this, chat seems to hang up as well, along with things like Invasion and Arena taking an abnormally long time to load.
3 other people in the guild see the same thing in different parts of the US and Europe.
I have noticed it too socks!!
