Is there a patch going on for Server (21) Close Shave? It says it’s temporary unavailable and I cannot get into that account to play, and that’s the account I play above all else as it’s the one I’m maxed out on. Is this an issue that will be resolved soon???

Same here.
I was a little horrified about when noticing the prize wall tips showing on the bottom right corner of the screen. That’s when I realized my account was temporarily unavailable. I looked here to see if there are reasons, which luckily game chat is the only reliable source here. I just hope it gets fixed soon.
