Hi, I’m from your guild but yesterday I’m one of the ones that lost everything. I’ve emailed and notified the game trying to get my team back. My name was lady. Can you let the group know cause I don’t want to be kicked out but if I don’t get my team back by the Friday night I’m done with this game so kick me out on Saturday. I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello Lady. This is Darcie from the guild. Did you link you account to something (Facebook, Game Center, Google Play) before this update happened? If you did, finish the tutorial that pops up when the game starts (after the update occurred), then on the bottom left, click your picture, Accounts, and you should see it saved there. Hope we see you soon!
You should be able to get it back if you linked your account this entire time. If you haven’t had it linked, they can probably get it for you anyway but a lot of people don’t know how to switch accounts so they’re going through a lot of support tickets lol
I’m that dumb person that didn’t have it linked to anything. So I have to wait for them to get to my ticket unfortunately but I gave them so much information to try and help them find it. I’m really hoping I’m back soon.

I was only down about a day and a half. They gave some diamonds for the inconvenience. They try to make you happy when they screw up but there is only so much they can do
