Iāve seen someone saying last time it took about 3.5 hours. Since they are merging quite a few servers, I would say 4 is minimal

On the same server that is a merging server yes.
If it is 14 or 18 then no.

The servers are down for the merge right now, you donāt have to do anything.
You are allowed to merge accounts from merging servers if you have those, after the merge is completed.

They need to copy all data of people from one server into another serverā¦ itās not automatic.

Iām getting a little confused. My stamina might not be transfered over?? I had a little over 100k stamina, and I just purchased a 99.99 deal for more stamina just before the merge started. Are you telling me that I just wasted my money all this time?? Iām already on server 1 and I did not spend my hard earned money just to have it taken away like it was nothing. I better have all my stamina there when the merge gets done or Iāll be really upset. Please tell me something that will help me keep calm. 
where did that come from?
of course all stamina consumables will be transferred.
