You can send in a ticket on March 29 to request the consolidation. You can do it before or after the merge is done that day.

In case you want to consolidate, you indeed have to claim your mail. I donāt know if that is also the case if you just have one account on S16 that will go to sever S14. Maybe @Polaris can clariy that.

Is it possible to consolidate my s16 account to my s2 account? Or is it only for the two servers that are merging?

Nope. You can only merge your Server 16 account if you have an account on Server 14 after the merge.

If you only have 1 account nothing on your account will change. When you log into the game after the merge it will be exactly the same as before the merge but with more people!
