Given the apparent rousing success of the server mergers for servers 5, 6, and 7 I’d like to know the proposed plans for server 8. We have many competative players in there who spent the past year building powerful teams and spending within the game much to PerBlues financial gain. Many of us spent that money under the assumption there was a long term game competition to keep our interests in the game piqued. As it stands now PerBlue has for some time ceased actively adding new players to the server so as players leave the game the competition dwindles and it’s is becoming a ghost town. When this point was raised nearly a year ago, the official word on this forum was a denial if a reduction incompetition by PerBlue as though just by saying such things made them the reality in game. Unfortunately they did not. Several months later it was brought up again this time PerBlues official position wasthatit was working on a server merger plan for all older servers. Well over a month ago the first merger when off it seems quite successfully to the enjoyment and satisfaction of those on those 3 servers as well. Can we please have a status update on the server merger involving server 8. Once again the competition continues to wane by the day and everyday the merger doesn’t happen is another day we lose more players stifling any competition or even in game excitement at this point. How much longer should we have to be expected to wait for something that’s already been proven to be a successful solution to this problem??
