Server upgrade wiped account?

Did anyone else lose everything after today’s update…vip 1 and account was reset after the upgrade. I’m on server 10 waiting for support to reply but am not very impressed

I think is because of a server merge coming soon

Same for me, though all my toons are still the same lvl, so probably will be fixed soon

Here are some known issues we’re investigating: iOS players cannot see what they’re typing in chat. Switch to off dark mode to be able to see your typing. the Daily Quest list sometimes resets back to the top of the list We had a small fix for this issue with the server update on November 25: Using the skill point slider can sometime add more points than the number selected. Mine gone too…server 9…

My VIP stayed the same and have all my characters but yes put me back to level 1, I’m on server 10

Sever 9. All enhancements gone, chat, missions, invasion everything no access. Though still getting notifications of missions complete but can’t open it. Showing no friendships between hero’s either. Back to level 1, not happy.
