Sorry, I was out of the office when the server update happened!
The tool has now been fixed, so we can proceed with account consolidation requests.
For accounts that were already consolidated and missed cosmetics, weâre working to get those out still.

The devs worked some magic and say that anyone who has already had a consolidation completed should now have their cosmetics delivered. Let me know if you have any issues!

Thanks for the info and yes, it´s right! I noticed the red â!â on Collections and it completed the two predicted sticker collections. From that I assume all went through.
Also, âmagicâ. 
I´d rather stick with hands (and occasionally melee, maybe).

@Polaris question about merging accounts you say full heroes canât be transferred so do they get turned into hero chips on destination account or do you just lose them and only get the hero chips currently in your inventory?

So I have my main account on server 1 now it was on server 9 Is it possible to merge my items from a secondary account I have on server 16 into my main account? Itâs just too difficult to maintain that second account for me

No. You may only consolidate S1 (and previously S9) accounts.

Can you ask for another merge after getting 1 already cause I was hesitant originally to merge my other account at the same time as the 1 I did previously or is it just 1 per a user

I took this screenshot two weeks ago, during the period of merge preparation for S1, and I found this account in global:

You can consolidate multiple accounts into one.
