I just want to make sure what Numi said is true or not:

@Polaris, let’s say I have Tron’s hero portrait in one of my alt accounts. My main account doesn’t have that avatar though. If I asked for both of these accounts to be consolidated, my main account being the destination account, will I have Tron’s hero portrait after the consolidation?

I am checking with the team. My understanding was that unlocked cosmetics would transfer during the consolidation, and I’ll let you know when I have more info from the team.

Don´t know if the logs of cosmetics can be retrieved though. :frowning:

The team is working to fix the tool so cosmetics will transfer correctly. We’ll also be able to transfer cosmetics for accounts we’ve already consolidated. We’re waiting until that’s done before we continue.

We’ll have the tool fixed but it will need a server update. We’re planning to do some testing and then update in the morning.

I have 3 accounts on server 1 now. My main is VIP 16 and the other accounts VIP 14 and 10 so in total a ton of money spent and all payments are done from my PayPal account. However, my consolidation requests keep getting rejected saying im not the original owner. This is rediculous and I really urge you @Polaris to help me out. My money was good when buying deals but now I’m not getting the support I deserve.

Tickets are now being automatically closed. Im really angry and I’ve stopped buying any deals until the Consolidation is done.
