I got top 5% in the weekend event and was rewarded the shooting star border, however when I go to my character portrait and try to equip it the border still shows locked with a message that it is unlocked by a future event.
I have tried restating the app however it remains locked.
Have you contacted Support regarding this?
What’s the method of contacting support? I only know of the forums as a place to reach out to them.
Are you using a square border, it doesn’t work for me on square borders but it’s fine on round ones

@Polaris could this border work also on square avatars? It’s disappointing that it isn’t working.
This means that you need to compete again to get the square border if you want it.
