I love the concept of his temper, but I’m not a fan of the counter. So many characters have a counter move. How bout an angry quack that scares opponents or something.
How about not reviving the topic okay?

He dodges a move and damages the attacker. It isn’t different, no matter how you paint it.

How about Donald has a chance of dodging and an attack. When he dodges an attack he gains energy and basic damage
What if you replaced the dodging part of the skill with just being hit?
